UniGardens comprises three levels of sophisticated student accommodation with sixty three (63) studios of various configurations, four (4) one bedroom and eight (8) two bedroom plus study units of the highest calibre in design and comfort. The sleeping areas in most of the apartments are capable of comfortably accommodating either two (2) singles or one (1) double bed.

A lift is included servicing all floors with provision for disability access. There are 29 secure basement car spaces and 56 bicycle parking spaces as well as separate visitor parking at basement level. The basement itself is located partially above ground in order to achieve natural through ventilation.

A common laundry room is also located in the basement and a dishwasher is provided in all one (1) and two (2) bedroom apartments. The facility also has additional common areas for use by the tenants. Common area facilities include a pool table, table tennis table and a TV lounge area.
