Accommodation Payment Information

Payments can be made by direct deposit to our account.

Please ensure you enter your FULL name in the reference field followed by the letters UG so we can identify your payment. After initial check-in, a unique 'agent number' will be issued for future payments.

Bank Cheques or money Orders are also acceptable and should be made payable to UniGardens Pty Ltd Trust Account and mailed to:

All ongoing rental and other payments can be made by Direct Deposit or Bank Cheque.

Once accepted, a one-off administration charge of $190 applies to all new occupants. Please note that the balance of the full security deposit equal to 2 weeks occupancy fee must also be paid on arrival.

The UniGardens Building

Has the following features:

Electronic Security Key Access to the building
Reception Office during specific hours.
Reception and administration office will ensure efficient arrival and departure processes, and rental payments and enquiries
Mail receiving service
Onsite Management. The management company has extensive experience in managing similar facilities in other Australian locations ensuring that appropriate behaviour standards by both residents and visitors are maintained whilst on the premises.
UniGardens offers a student counselling/mentoring programme as part of the occupancy fee and will have a number of senior residents who will be responsible for coordinating social activities.
