Residential Fees

Management will charge the following according to the type of unit as follows:

On Successful Application:

Administration fee $190 + 2 weeks refundable security deposit + 4 weeks of the weekly rent, of the chosen 'room type' ( $170– $230.00 weekly per bed)

  • Rent is payable 4 weeks in advance.
  • Refer to Rental terms and conditions of Occupancy and House Rules for further information.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Students seeking to secure a unit without sharing are invited to negotiate with management.
